Cover the Keno Board
Keno is a game of luck. The numbers that are picked are totally random so there is no way of predicting which numbers are more likely to come up. Having said that; it is important to have a good coverage of the Keno board. The board is made up of 80 numbers, and you have a choice of picking up to 15 numbers from the board. It is advisable to pick all of the fifteen that you have available to you. The more you choose the more chances you have of winning. How to choose your numbers is a different story.
Some divide the board in halves, the left hand and right hand side. Try and make sure you cover both sides as equally as possible. This way you will have equal chances of your numbers being chosen. Even if you think that the board has a tendency to lean more to one side that the other when distributing numbers, don't be tempted to deviate from your plan. All of the keno numbers that are selected are generated by a random number generator and at some point they will all end up being chosen so keep to a plan.
Special Keno Numbers
It is very difficult to know which keno numbers will be lucky and which not. Try and choose keno numbers that are important to you in one way or another. If they are family birthdays or dates of important things that have happened in your life and so on. Or you can choose only even numbers or only odd numbers.
Spend time studying a Keno game before you choose your numbers. And you will see a lot of the time, consecutive numbers are chosen. So when you choose keno numbers try and choose a few that are consecutive or that are adjacent on the board, whether it be below, above or on the diagonal.
Hold Your Keno Numbers
Don't be discouraged if your keno numbers don't come up in the first round of betting. Give them a chance and play a few rounds with the same number. If you feel that the board does not look right to you, then change one or two keno numbers, but you don't have to change all of them. The beauty of Keno is that you can easily change numbers by just clicking on the square to cancel your choice before you have even run the bet.
All in all, Keno is a game of luck and luck cannot really be manipulated to move in your direction. But what you can do is choose numbers that mean something to you and when you win with these numbers, it is that much more rewarding and fulfilling.
